The kickboxing program at Tyler kung Fu & Fitness is a combination of aerobics exercises and kicking techniques that provide an incredible muscle-toning workout. Students can burn up to 900 calories each class!

Classes are designed for the beginner through advanced student to help them accomplish goals such as:

  • Lose weight
  • Get in shape
  • Learn self defense
  • Gain self confidence

Circuit Boxing Train like a professional boxer

With our Executive Boxing program, you will work one-on-one with our professional trainers to accomplish goals such as:

  • Learn the basic punches, combinations, and footwork of boxing
  • Train in our state-of-the-art circuit boxing room with both heavy and light punching bags
  • Develop all four components of health: Cardio, Muscular, Flexibility, and Balance in each and every session
  • Train like a boxer but not have to be one - no sparring or getting hit required

Workouts only require 30 minutes! There is absolutely no other workout like this in Tyler.
